Book Club Discussion: We Were Eight Years in Power

The Adult Education Committee is sponsoring a discussion of We Were Eight Years in Power by Ta-Nehisi Coates, and the YouTube video “This Is America” by Childish Gambino led by community member Peter Kelley on Tuesday, July 24th, at 7pm. These are important vehicles for examining racism from an African American perspective.The Paulist Center Rolling Book Club holds sessions discussing fiction and nonfiction works.
