Presentation: Quality Time with Family & Friends

The Christmas holidays are approaching! They represent a truly exceptional opportunity for quality time with family and friends. The average American moves 14 times in the course of a lifetime. How many for you already? And what’s it done to your relational life? Granted, you may have people special to you in now far away places, but how many of them can you get together with on short notice just to kick back and share life? And if you are lucky enough to have 2 or 3 family members or friends close-by, how frequently do you actually take some quality time together? That, too, is a part of a holistic spirituality. Healthy heart, healthy soul. Some intimate talk about affective health that will help you make the most of your holiday opportunities.
This will be the fourth of eight monthly sessions in the Take Back Your Time series of talks by Fr. Tom Ryan, CSP. Monday, December 18th, 7-8:15pm. Suggested donation $10 ($5 students).
