41st ANNUAL PAULIST CENTER AUCTION
SATURDAY, APRIL 27, 2024 – 6:15 PM
WHAT: Join us as we celebrate the Olympics in Paris: An Evening Soiree! We will enjoy a night of delicious food, community-building, and fun as we celebrate this summer’s Olympics in Paris. We hope you’ll join us for the Paulist Center’s largest annual fundraiser in support of our ministries and operations.
WHEN: Days away! Saturday, April 27, 2024. Doors open at 6:15pm for silent and dessert auction bidding, followed by a sit-down dinner at 7pm. The live auction and formal program start at 8pm, including raffle drawing, & more!
Cannot Attend? All tables are sold! We have a few seats at tables around the auditorium. Send an email with the number of seats you need, to the Auction Co-Chairs and we will do our best to accommodate your request. auction@paulistcenter.org

To donate online, put your dollar amount on the “Auction” line. In the Additional Instructions on the next page, include the word SPONSOR. We’ll gladly accept donations at any time and of any size; we just won’t be able to list them all in the program.
Absentia bidding on all live & silent auction items has begun Can’t make it to the Auction? Not a problem. Send your name, email and phone number with the item number and your final bid amount to auction@paulistcenter.org If you are a winning bidder, we will contact you the week of April 29th for payment information.
Start pooling your money with your friends and plan to put in competitive bids. Here’s a preview of the items that will be in the program through noon on Fri, Apr 26 & in-person starting at 6:15 pm on Sat, Apr 27.
Buy Raffle Tickets and encourage family members & friends to do so, too! (You do not have to be present at the Auction to win). The grand prize is a $1,000 AMEX gift card. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. Let the Games begin!
Our own Chef Dave and his sous chefs are hard at work planning and prepping the meal. The Bar team has created a festive specialty cocktail, and received the liquid refreshments for our soiree! Our Silent and Live Auction teams are busy updating Bidding sheets and the Program! The Decoration team has been creating a welcoming experience for all. We have been blessed with amazing SPONSORS and DONORS of goods and services! We are at capacity! Help us make this year’s 41st Auction a resounding success!
