Here I Am Lord: Dan Schutte

Dan Schutte, the composer of “Here I Am, Lord,” “City of God,” and many other favorites, will visit the Paulist Center on September 6-7. He will explore how truly to hear God and understand how to respond to God’s call. Dan has been composing music for worship for more than 30 years, including extensive collaboration with the St. Louis Jesuits. His more recent pieces exhibit an enduring ability to reach into people’s hearts and draw them into prayer. He is one of the best known, most prolific, and influential composes of music for the liturgy today.

Concert: Friday, September 6 at 7:00 pm ($10 suggested donation).

Workshop: Saturday, September 7 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.

Contact Peter Ghiloni for more information.
