WHAT:  Join us as we celebrate the Set Sail Together: A Mediterranean Journey! We will enjoy a night of delicious food, community-building, and fun.  We hope you’ll join us for the Paulist Center’s largest annual fundraiser in support of our ministries and operations.

WHEN: Only a few months away! Saturday, May 2, 2026. Doors open at 6:15pm for silent and dessert auction bidding, followed by a sit-down dinner at 7pm. The live auction and formal program start at 8pm, including raffle drawing, & more!

To donate online, put your dollar amount on the “Auction” line. In the Additional Instructions on the next page, include the word SPONSOR. We’ll gladly accept donations at any time and of any size; we just won’t be able to list them all in the program.

Our own Chef Dave and his sous chefs are hard at work planning and prepping the meal. The Bar team is formulating our specialty cocktail! Our Silent and Live Auction teams are preparing Bidding sheets and the Program!
