Realm Connect 2026

Realm Connect: Our Way to Stay Engaged

Sign in to RealmA quick guide for the Paulist Center Community

Realm Connect is the online membership software the Paulist Center uses to stay connected with our community.

Why We Use Realm Connect

The Paulist Center is a community that reaches well beyond weekend liturgy– through ministries, small groups, education, volunteering, and online participation. Realm Connect helps us keep accurate contact information so we can stay in touch with everyone who considers this community home, however they participate. It also helps us feel even more unified with one another, and serves as a home base for all things Paulist Center.

Who Should Create an Account and Update Their Info

All are welcome! We invite anyone connected to the Paulist Center to create or update a Realm Connect profile, including if you:

  • Attend Mass in person or online
  • Volunteer or serve in a ministry
  • Participate in a small group or program
  • Give financially to the community
  • Support our mission in any way
  • Simply consider the Paulist Center your spiritual home

If you’re new to the Paulist Center, or did not receive an invitation email:

Please email Deborah Heimel at deborah@paulistcenter.org with your full name and the email address that you’d like to use, and you’ll receive an email invitation within a few days.

Our Realm Connect Timeline

We will be launching Realm Connect for Paulist Center members on August 6, 2026. Please keep an eye out for your invitation email.

For in-person guidance on Realm Connect, you can join us after Mass the weekends of:

  • August 8-9
  • August 15-16
  • September 12-13

Additional opportunities for in-person guidance at the Paulist Center will be available during drop-in hours on:

  • Tuesdays, August 11, 18, and 25 from 9:30am – 12:00pm
  • Wednesdays, August 12, 19, and 26 from 12:00pm – 5:00pm

Our goal is to have everyone join between August 6 – September 30. This will include switching your recurring giving from the current online platform to the Realm Connect platform.

2027: Begin using Realm Connect to view the church calendar, internal communications, and to sign up for volunteer opportunities.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to use Realm Connect?

Just an internet-connected device. Your computer, tablet, or smartphone will work just fine to access the Realm Connect Website. There’s also a free Realm Connect app!

Who can see my information?

Realm Connect is private and password-protected for our community only, and you control your own privacy settings once you log in.

Can I update my info later?

Yes. Once your account is set up, you can edit your profile any time. This includes personal information, contact information, family members, recurring giving, and so on.

Who should I add as a family member?

Please feel free to add any members of your current household as family members on Realm Connect. If they do not yet have an account, you can personally send them an invite to create their own account by adding them as a family member. If they already have their own account, you can still add them as a family member, but please let a Paulist Center staff member know so that they can merge the two profiles.

Who do I contact with questions?

Please reach out to Deborah Heimel at deborah@paulistcenter.org with any questions.
